Description
This study compares the efficacy of a culturally adapted motivational interview (MI) that incorporates unique risk and cultural factors associated with increased harmful drinking in an underserved group, to standard MI. The study will seek to identify elements of adaptation that influence treatment outcomes and whether adapting the treatment increases its social validity among the targeted population.
